Digital Marketing Specialist

Desired Areas of Expertise

  • Digital advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, et al)
  • SEO research, content development, and on/off-page optimization
  • CRM/EHR setup, management, and optimization
  • Marketing Automation
  • Email marketing campaign setup/mgmt
  • Basic WordPress website editing
  • Basic graphic design / Adobe competence
  • Data and Analytics literacy

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients remotely and in person to obtain an accurate understanding of what needs and goals must be addressed by deliverables
  • Learn new technologies and become the resident expert in emerging areas of need for the company
  • Work with Project Managers and Account Executives to carry out tasks related to Digital Advertising, Marketing Automation, CRM setup, SEO, Analytics, and more

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Portfolio or samples of past work and digital/marketing projects
  • Higher education in communications or technology preferred
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, project planners, and other relevant staff members and clients
  • Willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing instructions and requirements
  • Responsible, self-motivated, and autonomous working style

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
